Okay so I usually never post videos, but I came across this one and DAMN this is the worst bench accident I’ve come across ever. False grip be a NO NO.
OH GOD
Waht do you think those injuries were?
How many ribs cracked? Sternum too?
seen this before i still think im going to refer this video to anyone wanting to do thumbless grip.
Posted before.
Obviously HE shouldnt be benching thumbless.

He probably had brain damage, which ultimately led to a chest full of shattered bones.
Way to spot! “Yup, it’s falling on your throat!”
I know, prolly not a lot he could do.
Damn. I did that when I was 14 years old. With a lot less weight than that.
Gary Frank did the same thing with 800+lbs. He cracked a couple of ribs.

Yea, but this guy was a loser.
How many pounds do you think he had? I saw (4x45) + (2x35) + (bar=45) = 295
295 = not an amount a novice should be handling, yet not enough to allow an experienced lifter to make a small mistake on and get owned.
295 + getting owned = tool
