was that a miss? also hard to see ur arch cuz its from the back but u look pretty high arched to me
First is good lift. Third is a miss. I do indeed have a very decent arch.

Yes, kg.
My meet PR is 175 @ 97kg, but after i made that I went travelling for six month where I disnt get to train. Ben back to the gym since May.
The 170 is @93kg
At natinals I was at 89.5 kg.
The 177 and 182 is both PR attempts.
Nice benching and congrats on the PR’s. The first miss you just missed at lockout as well as the other missed lift you posted. You just need to strengthen your lockout. Pin presses (aka rack lockouts), and board presses with bands work great. On the board presses with bands use a 3 or 4 board. On the pin presses set the pins in the power rack to where you have a 7.6 cm to 12.7 cm range of motion. You can also do high board presses, but they don’t work as well in my opinion.
Also if you are not already using your lats when you bench, learn how. This also helps your lockout.
Here is the second attempt. The jump of 22.5 kg between first and second lift was me going for top 3 junior on points:
Phillip Wylie: Thanks a lot for the comment. I did a lot of lockouts some time ago when i did metalmilitia, I should add them in again.
Lockouts as the last thing on ME bench day? Im doing the ME/DE thing atm.
