In one of Dr. Squat’s articles I read he talks about “a little patented gizmo built into the bench that allows your scapulae to slide in as you lower the bar, and back out as you press it back upward.” I was wondering what this is called and where I can get it. Thanks.
Dr Squat used to sell one on his site. I think it was called a scap pad bench.
