Benadryl with Clen?

Starting On clen tomorrow , want to keep going in stead of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off , is this the right benydryl product to clean my receptors on the 3rd week?

Ketofin is probably more effective. Also, why are you running clen? If your answer is anything other than ā€œcontest prepā€ then I will have several follow up questions.

If you are from the UK, ā€˜sleepeaze’ from Boots pharmacy is the best thing you can get to clear the receptors, In my opinion you don’t need to drop the clen in that 3rd week, I just keep running it through.

You can also boost weight loss by eating fewer calories. It’s not as sexy, but it also doesn’t come with the long term risks that clen can potentially bring.

I consume. O more than 1300 calories a day , The only time
I have to go gym is late night which is no good because i get no sleep

Something doesn’t track here. You can’t work out because you won’t sleep but you’ll take clen, which is likely to cause sleep disturbances? It has a 26 hour half life and sleep issues are one of the top side effects.

You’re trying to take a shortcut. Fine. We all do that sometimes. But just remember this: there are no free lunches with Mother Nature. Every shortcut comes with a downside. Always.

ive read alot of opinions and there are just as many saying there sleep wasnt affected than there are saying it was, also i guess My job is a workout as it is physically demanding (bespoke wood machinist ) but im Not gonna lie i am Counting on my sleep being unaffected,

5,10 ft 14.1 stone i havent done my bf since i was 16.5 stine then it was around 30% i believe

September time , i had a bad week here and there tho , when i was going gym i got my lift just above my body weight but dude to a old elbow injury i had to leave it at that

I can tell you from first-hand experience that my sleep was affected for about a week. It wasn’t horrible like it is when I take my pre-workout too late in the day but I could feel it. After that I really didn’t have any issues sleeping and that was with Clen and T3. Everyone’s different.

Being on clen is the worst feeling in the entire world, but god damn it melts fat.

Don’t know I would go that far…night sweats on Tren are pretty bad too.

Never used tren, but I’m mega sensitive to stimulants. 2 cups of coffee’ll have me shaking and grinding my teeth, so clen absolutely fucks me.

Well started today 40mg , felt jittery this morning nothing like has been deacribed tho , appetite fills suppressed slightly , maybe a pacebo , we will see gonna up the dosage tomorrow to 60mg see how that goes
