Clenbuterol Dosage? 24 Yrs Old, 275 Pounds, 25% Bodyfat

Idk if I can ask this here but how would I start a cycle of this? I’ve been on google, how much would I dose it and how many times a week? My friend said ‘’ 20mcg than add 20 mcg every 2 weeks and don’t surpass 100 mcgs everyday’’ please help if you can thanks, I’m 24 275lbs lbm is 210 need to drop a few

This is exactly how I did it in the past and it worked really well for me. Some people will say to up it 5mcg/day until you hit 100-120mcg, then take a break for 2 weeks and cycle it again. I don’t think that’s necessary, your body builds a tolerance to it, but not that fast. Nothing beats a good

Also, if you’re going to take it, it’s best to drop your caffeine and alcohol intake if you’re indulging in those things.

And lastly, I’d recommend dropping the weight naturally, clen isn’t a magic bullet and you have a lot to lose. It’s going to take a long time with or without drugs. You’re going to be forced to learn good eating habits either way, so you might as well get comfortable with and enjoy the process as it is without the drugs.

Will my body build a tolerance to it overtime like each time I start a cycle it’ll take longer to see results and such?

You said you googled. I googled 2 years ago and found videos and dosing schedules. All answers can be found if you googled. What do you expect to hear different here? Ron harris and george Toul have a podcast on this.

No, it’s like alcohol or caffeine or any of those things that you build a tolerance to. Stop taking them for a while and your tolerance goes away.

Hi Cshearer97, welcome to the forum. Clen is one of the best diet drugs out there, IMO, but it does have some scary side-effect. So be ready for them. Having my hands shake involuntarily was a biggy for me. YMMV.
I agree with galgenstrick recommendations.
Find your dose and don’t go over it. Fix your meal plans (the word diet should not be used) to the proper kcal/day and do a bit of cardio or get in the gym and just give everything a little time. You will be amazed at what you can do. If you are really dedicated to making this change. Clen/your meal plan/the gym is all that is required. Give it hell brother.

Start at 20mcg, add 10-20mcg a day till you reach the point of sides you cant and do not want to tolerate, then drop back 20mcg and stay on it for 2 weeks, then take 2 weeks off, then start again the same way(do not just take your max dose on the first day when you re-start).

Clen doesnt do shit after 2 weeks and you will feel that. As soon as you take your regular dose and you hands dont shake, its done.

p.s - does not do shit if you are not on a good caloric deficit and a ton of cardio… if you think you will just pop clen and lose fat, you are setting yourself up for loads of dissapointment.
Actually with that weight you have(i take it its fat, not that you are huge bodybuilder) i believe you need diet and exercise. Clen will help with LAST pounds of fat, not the first ones.

That’s why guys add Benadryl or ketotifin at that two week mark, right? Something about “clearing out the receptors” is the reasoning I’ve heard. I’ve never researched it so I don’t know enough to make a worthwhile comment. But I bet @unreal24278 has an answer because he knows pretty much everything.

The hypothesis is that ketotifen and diphenhydramine up regulate beta2 adrenergic receptors. There seems to be good evidence in some cell types that it does.

Me too. I remember sitting on the toilet with my hands trembling wondering what the fuck was happening lol. I never lasted more than a few weeks at a time on that
