I am new to this and seeking some advice. I am 5’2 and weigh 125 lbs. I am fairly thin but my body fat percentage is about 33%. I want assistance in fat burning while maintaing a healthy diet, cardio exercise, and some light weight training focusing on large muscle groups to begin. I have a purchased a 30 ml bottle of liquid Clen and am wondering what the best cycle might be for someone my size.
I’ve read a lot of people saying to begin with .40mg no higher than 1.20mg and to work it like a pyramid but it seems it’s all larger men taking these dosages and im concerned that would not be appropriate for a smaller girl like me. Any information helps and it’s appreciated! I apologize ahead of time for the annoyance in ignorance on this product but that’s why I’m here.
That means you are about 40lbs of fat and 85 lbs of everything else??
That is kind of scary to think about, I hope you are mistaken in that figure. My advice, ditch the clen for sure, you definitely don’t want anything catabolic as you dont have much muscle to spare.
I would recommend working your ass off in the gym, clean up your diet as best you can but eat around the same calories you are now, that way you can aim for a slow recomp, probably grow a bit and lean out a bit.
I would be afraid to eat less at 85lbs LBM (which is bones and organs and everything else too) and afraid to eat too much at 33%bf.
I just realized you are a girl, thats not nearly as outrageous as I initially thought.
In that case I would save your clen for later, it is about the most potent fat burner there is, and there are more mild stimulant options to begin with.
Caffeine and ephedrine are a good choice, ephedrine being a beta recepter antogonist much like clen or albuterol or any bronchial dilator asthma med. I think ephedrine is the most mild of the three, if you can find clen you can find this. You can get primatene OTC in the states at any local pharmacy, although it contains guaferisin(mucinex) in it as well so drink plenty of water.
In fact you may want to drink plenty of water and take a mild diuretic anyway, or at the least drink coffee, green tea, or dandelion tea; girls tend to hold a lot of water, particularly as your hormones fluctuate monthly and you would be surprised what a difference it makes in your daily appearrence. The best diuretic is simply a high water consumption; the more you drink the more you flush and there is little risk of dehydration.
If you are dead set on using the clen, start at a very low dose and slowly work your way up to perhaps 1/2 to 2/3 of what your average 180-200lb male would take. It also depends on what kind of shape you are in, if you overweight or generally out of shape, stimulants can strain your heart in a more dangerous way.
Thank you. Yes the fat is mainly in my books and booty! Dead set on slimming down. However I really do want to give clen a shot. I’ve been slowly working my dosage up until I feel “jitters” but still I don’t feel anything. I started with .10 and and now up to .28. Is this still too low? Would you recommend I keep boosting the dosage slowly until I start feeling something?
Take a ratio of your weight to what you think is a typical male advocating the 1.2mg dosage.
Assuming a 200lb guy is saying this, then 2/3 of 1.2mg = .8mg would be a safe bet to top out at.
Just remember clen isn’t something you run for long periods of time, IIRC there are a few different types of beta receptors, some of which will lose efficacy to the drugs over time and I believe clen acts mostly upon these, whereas albuterol can be used a little bit longer while remaining effective. Ephedrine acts on all of them so that in some degree it will remain effective with longer term use. There is a cycling protocol with clen, and something you can take to refresh yourself; the poor man’s option is benedryl, I don’t remember the actual recovery drug people use.
Yes I am already taking it but I wasn’t feeling anything at first so I wasn’t sure if I was taking it correctly. I started taking it based on a gf’s suggestion of dosage that worked for her but everyone is different. Also, I wasn’t sure how long I should take it at a time before taking a break. I was thinking 2 weeks on, 1 week off?
