Benadryl with Clen?

I hope you’re breaking those dosages up throughout the day and not taking 40mcg all at once. My recommendation (take it or leave it) is to not take more than 20 mcg at a time.If you want to move from 40mcg to 60mcg do it as 3x 20mcg /day.

I also wouldn’t recommend increasing your dosages until you see a stalling of your weight loss…more is not always better.

Really? Ive not aeen anyone else say thos everything ive seen indicates that it should be taken in morning, and that u should increase dose each day up to 100-120mcg or untill the aide affects ate bearable

I would equate that to someone telling you to stomp on the accelerator pedal until the car is moving too fast for you to control and then backing off. If I was advising you I would tell you this:
Start with 20mcg /day until your weight loss stalls (of course I would also have you adding some LSS cardio as well)
Then I would bump you up to 20mcg 2x/day and add a bit of extra treadmill time until you stall again.
Then another 20mcg (for 20mcg 3x/day) and a bit of extra treadmill.

Rinse, repeat
That’s the system I use but I understand there are always at least two ways to skin a cat.
