Beginner needing critical help!

Hey there my name’s Hunter, I’m a union pipefitter and work 6-10’s and work my ass off every day. I’m needing help like nobody’s business. I don’t have anybody to help guide me. I’ve been diagnosed with low T from my DR but haven’t had insurance to get anywhere with it. I will soon though. In the meantime I make great money and I’m looking into dedicating my life into building my temple. I’m 28 years old, 165lbs I’m 5’10” I have a 23.7bmi. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing and I want to get jacked. I used to be an alcoholic and smoke reefer like a Freightliner. I’ve got myself sober for over 300 days now which I thought was impossible. I don’t eat sweets what so ever and my guilty pleasure is using monster energy drinks daily unfortunately. I need help getting molded into a monster. I have no clue how to start a meal plan, what to eat throughout the day, any any of it. I just got me a membership to a 24/7 gym in my area and I’m starting to get up 2 hours earlier than I have for work and go to the gym before I bust my ass during the day. Honestly I don’t have a routine and feel like a schmuck when I go to the gym. I need help with everything. Routine, meal plan, supplements, ect. I’ve been wanting to do anabolics ever since I was 21 but I never wanted to destroy my body because my endocrine system wasn’t developed when I was younger. Now that I’m older I’m ready to be molded into a beast. Im willing to put in the work which is no issue I just need pure guidance. And someone that’s legit willing to help. If anyone is willing to help I would be ever so grateful. I just don’t have anybody and don’t know what to do/ where to start. There’s so much knowledge out there I’m afraid I’m going to research the wrong information to reach my goal. I appreciate any and all input. Thanks for y’all’s time and look forward to hears yalls input.

Great job getting/stating sober. I also had my issues with alcohol and it’s been years since I’ve touched any. Gets way easier as time passes.
Start by creating a log and tagging me.
I need to see what you are currently doing/eating.
Look up my log for a template/format.
Once I see what’s going on I can help you with a training plan and diet.

I’m at work now but I’ll try to accomplish that on my lunch. Don’t know if this is allowed or not since I’m new but I’m dropping my discord information as well for in case you would like to contact me on there also. I greatly appreciate your willingness to help. I fast walked a mile on the treadmill to warm up this morning then did DB curls to failure with 25’s, jumped from there to pulldowns with the ropes, to plated pulldowns with 45’s on each arm, to curls, to dips, until exhaustion, then did some deadlifts with a 45 on each side since I’m new to it and don’t know if my form is correct and already have back issues from a bad motorcycle wreck. And finished with pulldowns with the rope again. Stayed in the gym for about a hour 20mins now I’m at work for 10hrs.

Ok tag me when you get a log going.
Also look at my log format and please do something similar. A large paragraph of thoughts is hard to digest. Need organization.

I don’t think anabolics would be my first lever.
