Pre bed meal

Just wondering what all u t-guys eat as a pre-bed meal, i know i have a shit load of healthy fats 26 grams and 60 grams protien whey-casein mix 2000 mg vitamin c and a muti vitamin, any body se any problems with that. (i eat this 5 minutes before bed)

I have Advanced Protein with flax oil. I just try to keep carbs down on the last pre-bed meal, which comes about 30 minutes before I hit the sack. Vit C is best taken after a workout. I read that somewhere on T-mag.

Diet:
4 Whole Eggs, water, multivitamin.

Mass:
Protein shake, oatmeal 1/2cup, raisens, water multi

Whatever fits my daily pre-calculated schedule. Usually, 1/2 lb cottage cheese, chicken breasts, a few nuts, one teaspoon of flax and a large salad. I keep carbs generally lower than 35 g, coming from veggies.

At the moment I have 20g of whey with water, about 5-10ml of flax, and a small amount of cheese.
