Meal Before Bed

What are some good ideas for food before bed??? currently i have probably a real shitty meal before bed. Home made Chilli, made with lean mince/baked beans/kidney beans and other fresh ingreadients. The only reason im having this is cos im bulking and im all about calories at the moment.

Is this a bad idea though? cos im guessing alot of this will be stored as fat. but i dont wanna starve through the night. Also im thinking food doesnt really digest well whilst your sleeping so this complex meal might not be great

I know some sort of casein would be better, i could try drinking a load of full fat milk (which i drink alot of anyway) but i hate having to get up half way through the night for a piss

Cottage cheese + peanut butter (+ honey/dried fruit if you want carbs)

You may feel sick if you lay down too soon after a big meal but your body digests food just fine. For people looking to gain weight it is important to eat a some point before going to sleep. A smallsih meal an hour before bed and a shake right before bed works for me.

Yeah I wouldn’t eat too big a meal before sleep. Keep it small to medium, even if you are bulking.

Protein: cottage cheese, 2 scoops of protein like MD, even deli slices of ham or turkey or both.

Some fat as well: avocado (real easy to gulp down, plus it’s good), handful of nuts or a 1-2 tablespoons of a nut butter, a shot of fish oil.

4-6 eggs.

Cottage cheese, little cinnamon, keep it simple.

Are you kidding? Clearly nobody here knows anything about nutrition. Before bed I always go for 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 stout beers.
