18m in my first year of college. 5’ 11’’, 198 lbs, ~24% body fat. 1 rep maxes for Squat Bench Deadlift and Overhead of 330/235/430/160 lbs. Have been lifting for 2 years. I want to get inhumanly strong, big, powerful, and conditioned. Dangerous. I need a path to follow to get me to become the lifter and man that I want to be. Any program suggestions?
So what routine have you been using the past 2 years?
If he’s at 24% Bodyfat already, I think he should eat either in a slight deficit or at maintenance. A surplus could have him in the obesity range soon. Either stay at the same bf% or lose a little bit. You’re way more dangerous and conditioned if you aren’t carrying unnecessary fat. Unless just moving the most weight and carrying the most weight possible is the goal
With Super Soldier, do you have military ambitions?
Lots of program hopping. Did BTM, GZCLP, Bullmastiff, and some other random stuff.
No, but I want the capability of one while becoming as big and strong as humanly possible. Lifetime goals are a 405 bench, 270 strict press, 650 deadlift, and 550 squat.
What about run times?
Notice your name more…
What part of Indiana you from? or is it a name you are using?
Was born in Gary, I live in Hungary now though
Never tested it, but if I had to guess probably 9 minutes for a mile.
Haha i never realized that I went from Gary to HunGary
No, I mean what are your run time goals to go with the Super Soldier thing
Oh I see. I don’t know what good numbers are. Maybe like a 6 minute mile or something. I prefer sprinting to running by far honestly.
Figure out some sprint times you want.
Because, like, you can weigh 400lbs and hit those lifting goals, but that won’t allow you to realize what you stated in the intro.
You gotta get all these goals sorted to know how to get to where you want to be.
Maybe 13 seconds for 100 m dash. In terms of lifting, what would you suggest?
Why will it be amazing to follow?
I appreciate that. Do you have any program suggestions?

Holy goddamn this looks good. What program would you suggest I start out with? Also, do you think this could get me to my goals of a 405 bench and a 650 deadlift?
both of these logs are running it now.
you could have a look in there and then ask them some questions.
