Don’t worry about optimal, all the approaches will work as long as you attack it with everything you have.
It’s what works for you. I prefer the not so boring BBB, bench then press. Keeps me fresh & if you add any kind of fsl/jokers, it’s a lot of sets on your main lifts. But, to each his own.
