I have a question about BBB 2 day template. There is two options presented in beyond 531 book, but I was wondering if its ok to mix lifts like this:
Week1
A.
Squat 5/3/1
Bench BBB
B.
Deadlift 5/3/1
Press BBB
Week2
A.
Squat BBB
Bench 5/3/1
B.
Deadlift BBB
Press 5/3/1 ?
I will start the 6week challenge soon with original template, but this just crossed my mind.
You can try it but this isn’t something I’d recommend.

I will go with squat&dead, bench&press. What about after six weeks, is it ok to turn this to a 13 week challenge?
Like this: weeks 8-9 5x5@80, 10-11 5x3@90, 12-13 5x1@TM? Or is it just for 4day/week training?

You can certainly try it - but the 2 day/week templates have been layed out and the ones that I have used and can attest to working.
