What’s up guys? Got a question as to what some of you would do in my situation. I’ve been lifting and basically focusing on getting bigger for the past 2 years, I’ve made good gains in size, but now at 225 and 6’2 I don’t have the quickness/game I used to have. This is mostly from not playing, now that I am in a league I am trying to get what I had back. I am also trying to maintain and lose a lil fat. I was wondering what program you guys would do that would allow for 2-3 days of basketball. I am thinking, westside for skinny bastards but I always felt that simply wasn’t enough work? Any oppinions on workouts and diet would be great.
thanks

you can take any program and “make it” enough work. Look at OLAD by Dan John. It’s one move per day but it’s the most work ever.
Try the vertical jump program and 100m sprints. On off days do 1 run through of some agility drill type shit. the vert jump program (search it 'vertical jump" under articles) should help your qucikness power in legs. the 100m sprints should get you back in motor unit trigger area.

Thanks man, What vert program were you talking about, I came up with a few, “white men can jump?” Get strong get fast, get vertical? which one is the best?
thanks
