Pavel Tsatsouline probably has 60 or more exercises (half of which are advanced) that he recommends in order to increase flexibility. This is a large number to attempt to incorporate into an overall program. So my questions: 1) Does anybody know if Pavel has an ABBREVIATED or BASIC basic program of a few exercises for increasing flexibility that can be incorporated into a resistance training program? 2) If not, do I just go through all of the various exercises Pavel recommends on an “off” day from cardio and resistance training?
Any ideas guys?
I dont know of any abbreviated stretch program that Pavel teaches, but I know that Pavel doesnt think you need to warm up. I think his approach is to pick several stretches that works the area you need help with. For instance i remember him recommending the cossack for improving squats or stretching the hip flexors to release your gluts power. So just pick the stretches that will help you in areas where more flexibility is needed. good luck
