Barbell Bicep Curl - Wrist Problem

I still can’t get over that pm from FAH-Q it’s hilarious. Typically when you have 20 posts, have made an asshat out of yourself already, and no one gives a shit about you, throwing a fit doesn’t make you look mature.

Well I was gonna post on the wrist problem but this thread looks more like a boxing match than what they guy is lookin for.

Does your pain come while your in the middle of the rep or when you release the bar? I have seen cases where there is a shooting pain at the moment the bar is released.

You are better off doing chinups and static holds then barbell curls at 120lbs…

That and rack chins ~ machine assisted chins, towel chins, 1 armed machine chins.
