Gonna do legs tomorrow then our family is headed to Phoenix for vacation so no lifting and no tracking macros lol after I get back it’ll be high(er) volume training and gonna start working my way to a slight caloric deficit.
Vacation is going good. Eating well, I’ll be happy if I come back under 212-213. Eating a lot of red meat and dessert. Ready to start training again. Going to the fiesta bowl on Wednesday so that should be fun.
