When I was 19 I was doing a 375 squat, and getting stronger. I tried a 405, and missed it, but the strength was there. Unfortunately, due to a work related injury I have four bulged discs. I’m 28 now and stuck at a 345 squat. Everytime I try to go heavier my back feels as if it’s breaking in half. Does anyone have any experience with bulged discs?
