Last Thursday, I was on my feet all day and my lower back was killing me. On Friday I could barely get up to walk so I went to the Dr. After I peed in a cup and confirmed that is was not kidney problems or a kidney stone, he said it was back spasms and I was definitely inflamed. He prescribed me some muscle relaxers and some pain meds. A heat pad seems to be the most beneficial but it tightens up within 5 minutes.
I can get up almost pain free but after walking around for a few minutes I can definitely feel it again. I don’t think I injured it lifting as I was sick on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and had something else going on Wednesday night. I just woke up Thursday morning and it was sore and the standing all day surely didn’t help it. I just finished Beyond 5/3/1.2. First time for me getting this and I am 29 years old with plenty of experience lifting.
Any tips? Definitely not lifting until this is 100% cause this sucks. Suppose to go to PT or Chiropractor if I am still feeling it on Friday.
