Was woundering about your age, weight, height, it’s just crazy how close are number’s, and workouts are, so I was wondering how even are stats, and experiance were. i’ve got a log as well, so will be following with interest. thanks

I’m about 5’ 11" and 225 or so and about to turn 46.
