Still lifting with my partner and she’s doping really well. She’s got her Sump DL up to 3x185 and her bench up to 95 already at a body weight of 135lbs.

Going to wait until Feb and do SPF Alabama State. I’m cautiously optimistic that if I play it smart and don’t break my self I’ll crush my old PR’s.

I just got back from a three man tourney two weeks ago and I’ve got anotehr coming up in a few weeks. I’ve had to moderate my shots as people were complaining I hit them too hard.
