We only have 100lb DB’s but I used my micro minies to attach a 10lb plate to each end of the DB. Its a little unweildy but it works.

Howdy folks, been gone for a bit but I’ve been training. Did Alabama State in March and took first in the Masters 2 class. I went 405/300/455 and left at least 30-40lbs on the platform being conservative. At this point its safe to say I’m pretty much over my injuries aside from a bit of a nagging shoulder thing; but at 46 who doens’t have shoulder issues to some degree.

After the meet I dialed everything back and started back using a highly modified 5/3/1 with the goal of riding it until my next meet in October.
