That 18er at the end had to be brutal, wow, great work.
Quad Genocide! It’s a new rock band.
Your reps are crazy. Probably something I should try someday. Are you training for something specific, Joe?

I have a meet coming up in Feb. which is what I am training for. I just discovered that I feel better and get better results when I squat a lot and let accessory work go.
If you think about it, a lot of my reps are really warm ups and then the pyramid back down. My really working sets are 315 where I’m trying to get my reps to 8 and then 2 singles, then my 315 back off set.

Great work as always Joe!
Sat: Just playing around with reverse band squats up to 475.
Monday: Set after set of rows.
On vacation until Sunday and I’m not even going to think about the gym.
As always, great lifting and good to see you using heavy squat weight.
Keep at it Joe. and happy belated Marine Corps birthday!

Solid deads and bench. The volume you crank out is inspiring.
