Great work Joe. I love the one or two exercise workouts. Keep it simple.[/quote]
Thanks Steve, I’ve discovered I get stronger just doing a couple of things and going home.

Sounds like it! As always, you’re doing solid work man.
Great paused Bench!! .any story behind the Avi like are you hiding a 500 hp motor under the hood?

Not really, just some of the young guys I lift with were talking about my “battle barge” and I thought I’d make a change.
It might not be all that pretty but man is it a smooth ride.
Great work and battle barge’s are fun to drive but hard on the gas wallet.

That’s about what my truck gets. I bet it isn’t great on snow/ice either. Not that you have to worry about that much.
Also, nice paused bench and chins.

Yep, that would fix my little shoulders.
Solid work. I’m jelly on the 300 bench. I hate that I’m still fucking around in the 2’s.

Thanks, my bench stuck around 280 for a fair bit. Right now I think my max is about 335 or so but I’m going to work higher reps than normal for a few weeks before I get back to super heavy singles.
Me too Jack…wicked jelly of Joe’s bench…well and all his lifts actually!!
Joe 15mpg on the barge isn’t bad…I have a 6 cylinder that gets 18 city…

There is actually a kill switch to the fuel in the truck. It was put there because earlier versions of the car were being used to transport kidnapped people.
I am not kidding.
