I’m 17 years old and have been training for close to 2 years. During the summer i trained more and did not have these problems. It lies mostly in my lower back and sometimes in my neck muscles. I’ve been doing a lot of curling lately, but i am sure my form is correct. Along with the curls i bring my stomach in to support my back but the pain still persists. Proper protein intake is next to impossible for me cuz school fucks everything up, but i try take in as much as i can. I think lack of sleep could be the reason, but i also sleep in a water bed. Any response would be much appreciaed,
