What a lovely image!
You are truly dedicated to drink that stuff. It looks like pond scum.
So what’s the reason behind the change in training style then? Boredom? or are you training for something specific?
I know you’ve probably said, but I’m so weak now I haven’t the strength to scroll back through your log.
Haha…Oh come on, its gone before you know it. Its just a pain to steam broccoli or something, so for me its way easier.
Well at least those blue shorts must still fit haha
I love it all, but i have always been more about the over-all “look”. I thought a BB approach for my lower half may give me more of the look I like, and as I started that, it was easier to just start splitting up the upper. Im still flailing a bit on that, but Ill get it.
Im also not “trying” to gain any more weight, I think I am at a good size, not to mention as I get older i am hesitant to eat in excess too much. This style does seem to be a little kinder to my body too BTW.
#80 was enough to get me working. ESP on the slight incline back. Would have been nice to have a partner for this to add a plate when Im pushing (forward) and take it off going backwards, but I was still working hard enough. I do tend to over do it on first time stuff so hopefully I hit it just right. That burn had me dropping to the ground when I was done.
Hey Up, good work as always not much to add just checking in.
As far as the changes in your program my thought has always been do whatever program keeps you motivated. You put enough effort in your workouts that as long as the program is halfway decent and your committed to it you will be in good shape.
PG Well dont get out the popcorn any time soon!
I have a feeling this may take some time before I see any noticeable “changes” worthy of posting.
Ive said plenty of times how slow growing my legs are…

Training looks great, what all do you put in that shake. I need to up my intake of green stuff so that might be a way to do it.
Hi Joe, my main base is kale, then spinach, sun flowers, some type of mustard was the new one I added but i forgot name, ill look when i go next time. So like 3 stalks of kale, couple handfuls of spinach, and handful of sunflower, i try to add/change but always use kale (when they still have). I think Ill look into growing some stuff(wheat grass) ← lol on that. I throw in some berries on occasion, but mainly do it for the greens. Some do more of a juicer but i go for the fiber.
We are going to check out this farm tomorrow, for grass fed everything, lol and start on some raw milk. Should be interesting. Its illegal to sell it but not EAT?DRINK it, go figure.
Ill keep everyone posted on how it goes.
I think I’d rather eat the greens chopped into a salad than drink them lol. Though I guess it depends on the taste. I haven’t tried Kale. Not sure whether it goes by another name here…
KP just start off slow, it IS aA LOT of fiber. I dont peel the kale off the stem etc.
Alexus ~~~ power to you if you can, that is a good amount and really unless i slightly steam, not a huge fan of the taste of any of it. So much easier to cug it down.

GV Thats a hard question because im not sure what is “real” and what is the placebo effect. I guess it doesnt matter. I do feel like i get some energy from it. Ive always had decent skin, but seems my complexion is even better.(more glow, less High Beam needed)<ha
Even if the above wasnt happening, i would still do it, its got to be a health plus.
Well we went to the dairy farmer this weekend. Was a nice small farm (Jersey Cows). The milk is SOOO good, and the cream, eggs, butter and the everything else we got. We started off with little amounts to let our digestive systems get used to all the enzymes and such. So far every thing is good. I will defintely have to pace myself !!
Yesterday was GYM DAY LEGS/GLUTES
My body or my head is just not used to all the reps. I am managing to work past that intense burn for a few, but Im still not always getting them in with out a pause. Its a lot harder to figure out the weight, esp if warm up is 15 reps and the set is 25, oh well, Ill improve on that Im sure. Next sunday legs/glutes kicks up to High Volume 20 sets. Just glancing at it, doesnt look like as high of reps, but more sets, so Im sure the torture will be elevated, I think he is trying to trick my mind into thinking it will be easier. The lunge leg press supersets are scaring me already :0
I will have to think Im CG and push threw it!
Maybe I’m an anomaly, but I love kale. De-stalk it, steam it, then throw in a frying pan with garlic, olive oil, onion, salt and pepper. Just scrumptious.
I can’t comment on those super high reps. Just wouldn’t be my thing. More power to you for giving it a go.

LOL NO on “raw” milk.
I like kale "seasoned too, just not plain. Ive actually baked it with red pepper flakes olive oil at 400 for about 10 min for kale chips, but not as nutritious cooked.
high rear delt cable pulls
2x20/10#getting 20 reps is crazy for me, even with 10 a side. Feels so good though, in a bad way.
third set i did 10e for 20, then dropped to 5s and did partial reps for another 20.
