soon she’ll be scaring them away with massive delts!

Joe the other green Ive been putting in shake was Totsoi, it may be it for the season.
Have you tried any yet?

Jack I love that move! The name fits it!

lbraga The delts are responding to more rear delt work, guess I was neglecting the balance.

CG :frowning: nope see below …

Where to start, well not sure what is going on with me. Im thinking about last week and I was carrying something I went to step up on the step, but I misjudged and I jammed my leg. First thing I thought besides
“ouch” was crap that wasnt good. That day or the next i had a little spot in my back that i was aware of, nothing major. The next day I trained legs it was a day 2 wo so nothing crazy, felt great leaving and felt great till late that night. I started with the back but then my hip was so sore, then my knee, it just got worse and worse and more intense to the point of I felt like my leg would explode, worst pain ever may have rivaled the birth of baby 1. I lasted till about 4 am, at that point i couldnt move and couldnt walk from the pain. told my husband take me to the hospital now. A couple shots and a dose later the let me go home thinking it was sciatica, but when going back to doctors she didnt think so. It is the weirdest thing. You can see my muscles in the one leg just laying here bouncing. It goes across my knee and strangles it, and last night it traveled up my groin towards belly and was spasming there. She said i probably over did it. Maybe I did, so today ill lay here and do nothing. The muscle relaxer doesnt even stop the spasms, and I am rebelling on the pain meds but have them if I need them. Sooooo not really sure what caused this but it sucks.

I really think something is on a nerve or my hip is jammed a bit from the misstep thing. My knee is a little numb. They did an xray of hip and said it was fine. I dont know, I just know its killing me to lay around.

Making a mis-step when carrying a load is a dangerous thing. Hopefully just an irritated nerve or something. Rest UP and get well soon.

Oh my gosh. That is terrible news. I am so sorry. It may take some time to feel yourself again. So take it easy.

Sorry to hear about the injury Up. Rest up and feel better.

Thanks gang, It is so hard to lay around all day, but Im not going to have a night like last night when I couldnt get comfortable no matter how I was laying. I really hope its a fluke thing and I will be back to my normal self. The hardest part is not really knowing for sure what I even did :frowning:

Ill just have to live vicariously through all of you! So dont disappoint me!! Train hard, and have fun
