Sooo as Ive been reading around the BB site…
Mountain Dog Style may be just what I need for my lower half. I want to keep in some PL stuff so G1 may have to throw some ideas at me.
I already dont fit into any of my favorite jeans
so I may just have to wait another 6 months to buy more, lol.
jeans are overrated - yoga pants ftmfw~
Edgy Ill have you know i went on a mission trying to find work out clothes that WEREN’T Yoga pants, its
not easy!
Soooo I decided to work with John Meadows for my lower body, I AM SUPER STOKED!!!
Ive seen some Mountain dog stuff… going to be rough but I know your dedicated good luck in obbtaining what your looking for
I’ve been doing Mountain Dog arms and so far I’ve loved it. I imagine your going to crush the lifts.
Damutt Heyyy dont scare me
JK, Im looking forward to the challenge.
IF Its good enough for JoeGood…![]()
Well Im not afraid of a little hard work, but I have a feeling this will be a whole new level for me.
I dont have a start date as we havent talked details. Be interesting to see how this will go with me keeping my upper work as is. Thats the plan anyway. Ill probably start another log as I get going.
Thanks to everyone who has been following me, I dont say it often enough but your input has been a
nice motivator. 0-35 ROCKS!
OLDER AND BETTER!!

Split squat really hits my quads, I use a lot of abductor on BSS so these were surprisingly way hard. The FS were supposed to be a 3 sec ecc. They werent
I guess i couldn’t wrap my head around a little higher reps and the slow ecc. I better learn!!
Split squats are super hard!
So john meadows will be making you a training program for lower body only and then you will make your own for upper and work it around his?
What are your goals for this?
Anyways…nice work as always!! ![]()

I want expecting them to be that hard after BSS but i really had to make myself go get depth.
I dont have any details yet, but that is the plan. I think if it was an issue he would have said already.
GOALS will be worked on this week. I know what I want just have to put it into words. I realize I will need to make them clear.
^^^^^ I havent even been drinking.
TODAY was stretch and abs I am definitely going to be able to stay consistent with training core.
Heels up x30 3 sets
V ups 10# db x20. 3 sets
AB kneeling roll outs x12/11=23t
Bent knee hanging raise 1x12
Hanging L raise x8/9 even though 9th not the best I’m counting it haha. Really have to focus on bring belly button into spine staying tight. Feel these in quads too.
Decline Russian twist with 10#db 20reps x2 r/l =1rep
^ McGuivered the bench
Back and crushing it UP. Great log. Thought you decided to leave Tnation?

Yesterday i had a fail day, i had no strength and started MPs but just felt heavy, i mean i was looking at 60#s saying no way, felt like 80…
anyway i skipped MPs today and did:
hanging L raise
12
16
12
no bueno on leg to bar <not yet, not controlled anyway.
INCLINE
45/10
60/10
70/8
75/5
80/4
70/8
DIPS
7,7,7 yes!!
BOR <<<<<<dont have a good feel for weight yet. Top set had some pretty good body English, but i think it was ok.
65/10
75/10
90/5
100/5
90/5
80/5
75 2x9
Invert4ed row
3x8 vest +10 have only done these once, each set i got chest up more and now need to remember shoulder position.
did some 2s trying to find my groove.2s x a lot
hammer curl 15s 3x12
concentration curl 10s 3x12
abs
vups 10# 2x14,1x20 really focused on bring feet to weight, not letting legs fall away on top end.
rollouts 2x5 back wasnt feeling uber strong, so i dont push rollouts
scissors r/l = 1 1x30 1x40 OMG!
heels up 2x40
twist 10# r/l =1 1x40
Hit some shoulders, they were a bit fatigued going into it, but i know i wont get to train for a few days so had to get it in. I really like doing drop sets keeps things in perspective. You cant be thinking so much about how much weight your moving, but can you get in the reps you need? If not drop that weight. Takes a different mind set. Probably fresher it wouldnt be so bad, lol.
Drop set seated press 25,20,15 didnt count reps exactly but think around 8s but sadly finished with 5s, if im not fresh i will drop it next time.
3x 90 second rest after all sets
db upright row into press 15/10/8 8 reps both
x2
db bent arm raise, lat raise, front 10/8/8 12 reps all.
x3 honestly that last set other than the bent arm i could have used 5s for front and side raise, but someone borrowing them.
Have a Happy Halloween , I wont the dogs will be barking all night!
Sorry to those that got hit with storm ![]()
fast and furious, felt good.

Stir fry anyone?
I really like drop sets, haven’t done them in some time. I have a buddy who is a giant of a natural body builder, he swears by drop sets. Great work UP! What times dinner?

Thanks GV its my 3rd week consistent. Should see some strength over a few months.
Each sesh. Just watched a vid where the guy was rocking back and he would do a leg lift knees
into body then hold them back out when he swung forward, im gonna try that as a finisher
today, should be brutal.
