Baby Got Back.

LOWER

I had a totally different order but some guy was doing a bazzillion sets on Leg press, then he would go curl,
jump in and do calves, go curl, walk around then press some more, …I really wish i was stronger because i would have just jumped in and took a turn.

I basically just did all machines today except walking lunges. I was explosive for the first 8/9 then the last 6 not as much, but certainly not slow.

GS
curls sitting
split squat/tried smith machine but it took off some pressure so ill go back to BB.
leg ext.
leg press
walking lunges
sldl

more deload on weight but definitely NOT on volume. My legs feel like lead walking up AND down the stairs.
Drop sets are the devil. Not sure what JM will have me do, but i hope I am ready for it.

Have a great weekend everyone

Stress sucks, and Ill leave it at that.

Im really excited to start a new leg program !! I have loved doing some power lifting, but at the end of the day its a “look” Im after. As with PLing, I want to have fun while doing it!!

I think my legs will respond to the change, and I am happy with the balance I am getting now, so it can only get better!!. I make no apologies for my “posing”, be thankful i did lots of editing. Not sure how ladies keep such a nice face, ha. I have a hard time knowing what to do to flex esp hammies, cause i really dont have much there, lol. Should have done vid Post wo may have been easier to flex.

Sooo I have some work on my legs/glutes, and could use some more delt(who doesnt)

Here is where I am at and where i will start…

I heart this log…

Thanks Edgy Ill try to finish this log out.

(I’m back, baby.)

Looking great Up. You’ve already made great progress from where you used to be, so since you’re planning to take it up a notch it’s gonna be awesome 'fer sure!

p.s. imo seems like your front delts are good but it’s more rear delts that would give you the shoulder look you want (learned that from a Meadows article to stay on point!)

Wow! Are you getting ready to compete in a fitness competition or figure competition?

you look amazing. ill repeat the question are you planning on competeing? your back looks pretty defined in the video

You look great! Super lean and tight! I am jelly…I feel like a blob compared to you

Thanks PG, I hope to get my first lower wo here soon…

Hmmm, on shoulders, you are probably on to something. Definitely one of those body parts i cant neglect. I have to zero in on them.

GV and Damutt * Your making me blush and snort at the same time. No on competing. I just have always loved the look of a shapely female body, I just didnt realize i could lift something up and put it down and I could improve on mine too. I wish I started much sooner :frowning:

I am in love with backs  THANKS!!

PUUULEASE you are in Mega Beast Mode, I have no doubt you will be chiseled when the time calls for it! I dropped just a few pounds just to see where I was at a little better. I have no need to drop more as i still have a lot of work to do

I have really enjoyed watching your progress CG!

You do look great. Keep up the awesome work.

And I’m with you on the posing thing. Wouldn’t have the faintest clue what to do. But you could probably learn pretty easily if you’re interested in competing. I’ll stick to the singlet.

Dang UP!! Your back is looking amazing!! Everything else too but your back really stood out to me. You rule.

Yea, i didnt try to pose, it was more like trying to flex, not that it worked without a pump to feel it. Im not sure what Id get out of competing, Id do a PL meet before that, Id think anyway.

Hopefully soon, love sunday leg days, only people in there on sunday are usually fairly serious.

I think that’s smart to train legs on Sunday. Has to be a good atmosphere without a lot of interference.

Up…all kinds of awesome. You are one sexy mama.
