Ive been lazy on my core *flutters lashes, and I am a sore mofo the next day. I plan to stay consistent with abs esp while eating is so on. I know its going to be pathetic when i do the hanging leg raise tomorrow ![]()

I went out of order and this was pretty tuff. BSS was brutal and on the 35s i had to watch a couple ladies on a bosu who decided to plop right in front of me. Surprised how good my balance was considering.
I am anxious to get going on FS, I knew today would be tough, kid picked bad night to break curfew and stroll in at 4 am. My knots are pretty good, but i was so paranoid to really pull shoulders back, as you will see.
Oh well still 95/6 is best reps and so is 105/4. The 105 I didnt want to even attempt the 5th rep, i could feel the tightness teasing me, and i want to be smart and not push it.
This evening is my first one that Im not battling that horrible ache/throbbing feeling, so I must have played it right today!
