Maybe my problem IS Im not good at nailing down a goal.

As far as strength I wanted to be repping 100#s on bench. Im just there now and have this knot that wants to be BFFS. I don’t jump up in poundage like a lot do, but I am eeking the numbers up.

I do think I have a lot more strength gains to make also, I really hope so anyway!

Figure wise…hmm, Ive always wanted to look like I actually lift weights(in a ā€œrelaxedā€ state), but am happy to be looking ā€œfitā€. I would like to stay at my current weight 121 ish + - a # but clean up the diet, as you read ive been getting carried away.

Legs: I may have to take on more BB thought process here, and honestly id be SHOCKED if I ever could say ā€œdamn, legs are looking fineā€.

Getting that 100# is a strong goal, congrats on nailing that one, time for 120#.

Looking good nakkid is always a good goal IMO. You’ve made so much progress you should be proud, didn’t say satisfied just proud.

Totally know where you’re coming from on the diet, it’s easy to convince yourself that a bad meal here or there won’t hurt, a few large pizzas later ā€œWhere’d these love handles come from?ā€

Well Ill be happy with ā€œsetsā€ of 100 now. I am proud of myself. Im no dummy I see women my age and shake my head, its like they gave up, dont give a shit, or simply would rather live in self pitty. Im way to vain for that! Flat ass, tummy buddy will not be happening any time soon if I can help it!

Diet: Well Im not that off but would like to get a bit more mental strength to know i can still dial it in if and when i need to. I think its just the knowing that you choose to not eat something, it seems at first to be that much better than it really is. Besides its not like ive been ā€œdeprivingā€ myself. lol

I SHOULD have a goal of getting in better condition. I just cant get myself to say it yet.

Bench I have been working at moving it in and today i moved it over even more, it felt so solid!!

I am eating pretty strict now, its only been 3 days, all the guys are inspiring me. I just want to see
how things look a bit leaner. Then make another game plan.

I did shot a vid, but my goofy face trying to flex is not going to get posted, its nice to see that its not all smoke and mirrors, I am actually getting some more muscle, YAY ME!!

I got some rope (12 ft) may need less, 2 ft chain, 2 chamber clips, going to go threw my plates so I can start working these legs harder/different. I can take a pic for you when i get it set up, just let me know.
