Front Squats looked good. No way is 5x93 a wash with 3x95 it is much better. I don’t have the max calculation formula Wendler uses in front of me but someone on here can run the numbers and today’s will come out much higher. Good job!
DOnt be bummed on your front squats. They will get stronger and stronger each time. You are doing great!
Oh, No… Im not bummed at all the way you are thinking. They are getting stronger each time i train them. Also my quads are taking the load better, my knees USED to shoot forward in the hole, so good improvements! I was bummed cause i had way more in me and was regretting not chasing it down.
Thanks for the pep talk though

Great! I know I had more in me too.
5 x93 is about 4-5 lbs. better on the rep/max calculator.

Up, the band pull aparts from the video in the article you clued me in on…freakin’ awesome, a real trap burner…and worth the effort…in my rotation now! Thanks
I will post the max calculation once I get connected to my other computer, likely tomorrow.
I didn’t turn the sound down. Celtic fiddle music? A lot of it comes out of east coast Canada although I don’t know how to resource it.
Thanks on figure, I keep thinking this could be it(maintaining a flat tummy) but Im not sure im just lucky or because im working/eating for it. Either way Im glad.
Ill be looking for it.
PS Id think your bag punching (sorry dont know “terms”) would be great for obliques and everything else.

Ive got to go back and read the articles there was something else i wanted to try, snatch grip rack pulls was one, that looks great!
I tell you what, I went into this thinking Id be happy to just get threw it, miss some numbers reps whatever.
My low back was spent from yesterday and wasnt sure i was mentally “UP” to it.

Damn, I have got to get going wlth that calculation…soon, soon.
I am just guessing my own abdominals are getting better, I just need to strip off some fat maybe. I actually reduced my direct ab work recently because my numbers with it were making negative progress, likely 2 ab sessions, the deadlifting and the bag work maybe over did them.
Ah, back to music. It occurs to me I have a disk called, “Cinema Serenade” It is Itzhak Perlman playing violin with John Williams conducting some orchestra. It is basically themes from movies arranged as mentioned, and is very listenable. they also came out with a second release, I don’t have it. Don’t expect a cover of Terminator 2.
Damn, I even barely listen to classical anymore, recent live bands I have seen are largely punk.

Snap Thanks, Id bet you look very similar I love tummys.
e.jones Hey, thanks for following. I am just a little pip-squeek, that has always admired the bigger stronger built women. Im not sure who/if i am motivating anyone, but i hope you are right. Sometimes Ill admit to feeling a little foolish but honestly the “I dont give a crap attitude” comes pouring back when i remember they dont have to read/watch if they dont want to
DKong I havent checked out your music suggestions yet. I guess when it comes to the music I play pandora a lot but when i tape i have to use my phone. I just like the “build up” of some of the instrumental, and lots of times I tune out even the music when lifting, then i can hear my breathing and sometimes swear even my heart pounding.
The inclines were done at 120 BW.(5’4 1/2) if you didnt know that
GYM DAY Upper today. Feels like forever ago I trained on a sunday.
