Time to change up the dips, maybe more per set, Im not needing the 1s and 2s to get going anymore. Was quite
thrilled to hit 30 today, gym bars are different than home, but was good. Sometimes I do dips after bench, so today BEFORE inclines, wow.
Ready for a deload week so backed off on some things today. Looking forward to the week.

Enjoy the deload week.

1 rep max calculation:

(weight)/(1.0278-(0.0278*lifts achieved))

5 reps max:

1 lift maximum*(1.0278-(0.0278*5))

5 sets of 5 reps max

5 lift maximum*0.925

Edit: there, hopefully I made up for blathering too much about music.

I think I like this 1RM calculator better than Wendlers.
The 5/3/1 1RM calculator seems a bit optimistic to me.

Enjoy the deload Up!

This was a deload, although I may have gotten a little aggressive with the FS so had to remember I wanted to deload. Made me think of Farmer Brett…he was the famous FS REP KING, ahh miss that dude.
Anyway, I cut this wo short I wanted to do more weight, more reps, and more more more, so cut it.

Good work in here UP!! When you coming down for Kbell session?

…OHHHHH, COME ON!! Dont be doing that, I have a few weaknesses and daring would be one of them.
Seriously speaking, that would probably be a hell of a day!
I am very sad in the conditioning department, and Im sure I would have 2 of you on me to get after it, wait or 5 of you :0
Not sure I still have your #, you may even have my old NC# ?(919) anyway, Id have to get on it before the freakin blizzard weather arrives.

Core work, yogaish stuff, laundry

Looking forward to a deload upper day tomorrow, but glad to see some pause bench in there, I really loved that!

Snap has my email, If you have snaps, email her for mine.

Just got this in mail today …Not sure if I will feel any different on the Anaconda then the SWF, just thought mixing it up some would be nice. I often wonder though on amounts, me being 120# not sure what the average weight is for the amount recommended. Probably wont start this till the deload is over.

Thanks Edgy, I dont agree with the boring part though…

warm up push ups, wall climbs cuff stuff, downward dog, anything fun and get things warmed up for UP!

BENCH sorta deload

45/2x10
65/8
753x10
PAUSE BENCH
88/3x4

MP
55/3x8

chins
3,3,3

DBBENCH
25s 2x12

GHETTO row
48/3x12

The Pause bench needs work. The first set I went s-o-o-o s-l-o-w the whole way down, pause was good. The
second set was better, slowed down the second half. Trying to wrap my brain around slow and controlled/tight and explosive but have to pause first. So lots to work on, love the ques G gave me, just have to apply them. Third set 1 and 2 were money, 3rd went wonky and recovered for 4th. Obviously keeping things coiled like a spring isnt quite happening yet.
I realize im not competing so I dont want to get hung up on it, but HEY a girls gotta have options and best to have this dialed in “just in case” i change my mind.

Practice makes perfect. Good perspective. Nice work on the pause benches. Always pays to be prepared.
