I could definitely see with with 2-3 lbs more of muscle. I know how you can lock in your nutrition and if you went a more BB type program i think you could do it
I rarely do back to back days anymore…I can get through the workouts but just don’t hit anywhere near the reps or weights I get with that one day buffer from the steel. Aging sucks! Kuddos to you for getting it done!

G1 thinks every one is superman like him…
Up I have to say from watching your videos you have the mentality of never leaving any reps in the tank so I’m not surprised you feel beat after your workouts! If you go BB like G1 says though that should in theory be easier to recover from IF you don’t always eke out that last rep on every set.

I am just enjoying training, what ever happens to my body is fair game. Im not interested in BB alone, but you already know that. The power lifting is what excites me! JFTR

Bench comments. I realize bench sucked at 107, for some reason (UMM HEAVY LOL) I just didnt keep elbows under bar, which is my strongest position. G1 reminded me of the holds —> oh great just love them
Anyway Im still happy with the 107, just need to dial it in. This is probably last week for the 4 day training, I think anyway. It served its purpose and seems to have bumped me up.
