DBasler Yea the BSS I probably cuss more than usual in my head doing those. They are definitely a keeper.
Id LOVE to get up to 35s at some point.Ill use straps when i do 30s, i think.

This was a good day of training. I need to be smart this time around. Its so , so EASY to get hung up on that first lift, going for more depth, more weight better form. When I first started training I was so good about listening and following my program, but then I did the above, just one more set, one more rep, deeper, better etc. and before i knew it *BAM I was spent 3/4 threw my training. I started skipping the accessory work, or not doing as many reps, sets,etc. I wont be doing that.(G1 are you smiling?) Its laid out for a reason and where the hell am I going I cant be patient? So back in will be box squats, pause squats, BSS 6-0 etc etc.

Great FS form and lunges look good too. Have you ever tried a Zercher Harness? My harness has FS hooks too so I don’t put any stress on my wrists holding the bar, it’s great, and the weights I’m using are higher because of the ease on my shoulders, wrists, and arms. Also, Zercher squats with the harness are excellent for building hip power.

Hi GV No, I havent. I dont have any pressure on my wrists, I dont even know I did them the next day (wrist wise). I have done just regular zercher with padded trail socks over my forearms(elbow crease).
Id have to see if they had that at my gym, but i hate doing my squats there, the mirrors so close call me forward, hate that. You are correct in that I could use more power, i do lack that super hero thing :wink:

I think G1 thought I was ready, Im not sure I was…BUT we are trying a 4 day thing, my gutt says I wont handle it. Hes been wanting to try it. I will say I do get a bit carried away with wanting to be really rested going into my training, but maybe my body will adjust and just maybe kick in a few changes, lets see.

Seriously this week is a tuff one, G1 warned me it would feel it too.

I never did tell you the BBer girl said she could see me with another 2-3 lbs of muscle.
Now if we all could just put said muscle right where we want it there wouldnt be a problem.

That is a lot of work, doing those GM’s after front squats, box squats, and rack pulls must have burned.
