Up- As everyone else has said great back definition, let me add it looks like your shoulders are getting bigger and better defined based on the recent pics. Keep up the good work!

One big advantage to having a fit and tapered frame is that small size increases are very noticeable, at least that’s what I hear!

OK after further review of my 4 chins I didnt have as much extension, but hey Ill still take what i can get, i can work on consistent depth, but honestly im no KPsnap and wasnt go for a true ā€œdead hangā€, that would be a whole new level, ill work threw this one first!

tbar at 70 or 73 if count hand weight, i could get more arch in back and i can pick it apart but hey its a max lift, its gonna be a bit ugly :confused: the bench i like,its slow, but the bars heading in the right direction, ha
My sets up to that are all consistent and smooth, much improvement, so Im happy.

Also my appetite has kicked up again, this was part of dinner :stuck_out_tongue:

Interesting you raised my name regarding chins. I just started training them again. Largely because they’re something I can do and excel at. I’m up to sets of six with a full stretch. Hoping to hit ten soon. When I do, I’ll post a vid. Gotta have something to post, you know?

Although chins after bench even if not a lot of volume is balls to me. I see my bench feeling better and better, and its nice to be handling a little more weight, Im getting more comfortable with it. Like you i keep in mind im only up against myself, esp watching some women lift some ā€œweightā€ and Im lifting peanuts. But as you saw from my clap, i was happy with it. As far as being my lifter and racker I really dont push it. Which i should be doing some more work with the pads this week…G?

ok, I really, really liked working with it, plus it gave me practice pulling out a heavier weight. Plus I got the one stomped down a little more :wink:
