Found him, he smoked me…twice lol!..all before 730 am (430 my time). He is a machine, did workouts too and didn’t phase him! Also got some good tech work done. More to come later this am. Showed him the bootstrap and GS (John style) which he really liked so at least I had something to offer. Invited me to spend day at his facility so that will be cool! These things are always a reminder that there is so many ways to do things and there is more I don’t know than do know :slight_smile:

YESTERDAY
30 min run, although just did not fuel up enough to keep my mental strength going up the hill, 3/4 and started walking.

NOT eating enough, youd think i would learn my lesson, I can not keep up with myself if i dont eat lots.
The problem is Im consistent, my kids are NOT! I can cook up “my” food, they usually dont want, but then
my daughter will be like "gotta look good in my prom dress…and there goes my preplanned food. i guess i just have to start cooking up MORE!!

So today had an apt. early, so I threw a shake down, came home at 11:30 STARVING and its LEG DAY.
So i ate doggy lab style, no chewing, ha! Hopefully the goulash style grub will
hit soon. Im out of finibars :frowning: that always is a must before legs, sigh. Its gonna be a 2 scooper surge day
to get me threw! Cant let my carbs slack like this.
