That 35 DBBENCH was so sweet, and you know i want 8 with the 40s now!
Did the rows with front part of bench inclined, hit me a little different, think Ill keep that a month or so then switch back to flat. My lats are fairly strong and I love working them, the only thing I dont like is when my arms swing i ārubā them, and they fluff outa my bra, I realize its not back āfatā but not that thrilled with the look.

Well, when you lift like crazy and eat great, those pesky muscles sometimes start to grow. We did try to warn you.
Hmm, I imagine it must be murder shopping for clothes. āDo you have a bra that flatters my swelling lats?ā Itās hard enough for guys to find clothes, if you ask for big, they assume youāre a fat slob and throw you something with a 95 waist.

Well i love front squats, i could do marathon sessions of them.

Amazing form on both style squat. The box squat especially, really sitting way back. I always feel like Iām going to fall, maybe someone pulled a chair out from under me too.
