Did the rows with front part of bench inclined, hit me a little different, think Ill keep that a month or so then switch back to flat. My lats are fairly strong and I love working them, the only thing I dont like is when my arms swing i ā€œrubā€ them, and they fluff outa my bra, I realize its not back ā€œfatā€ but not that thrilled with the look.

Nice work. I hate front squats unless someone else is doing them, yours looked great.

Are you using the box as a depth marker? You are definitely plenty deep.

Well i love front squats, i could do marathon sessions of them.

Not so much for depth, more to get my hips going back and help my knees not come forward at the bottom. Oddly i get a bit nervous sitting on a box, youd think as a kid someone pulled my chair out…OH YEA< THEY DID!! Thanks for stopping in :slight_smile:
