What? I don’t believe you, I would’ve missed that fine pic on the first page.

GS’s, definitely. I found front loaded plate squats helped me too, when I completely forgot how to squat after coming back from holidays once.

Min yea, im really liking the GS, helps loosen me up.

abs DONE!

Not waiting for upper body soreness, what was I thinking trying to keep up with KBgal?

EDIT : Also hitting biceps that didnt get in yesterday.

I dont think Ill do the “just maintain” mode next winter, the only good it did, is i didnt burn out and am ready to kick it up.

Honestly i thought i would have been destroyed, but I wasnt. Im a little sore, but i thought i wouldnt even be able to wash my hair, lol. I dont really have any set goals for them, probably try sets of 3/4 next, the first couple are always the hardest.
You will be smokin the dips with your strength once you hit that sweat spot. Have fun!

^ Queen of the Dip Bar~

way to own it and grind them out, UP~

Well…

I just want to say thank you to all the men and especially the women that have
inspired and motivated me.(Although i never have been one to need much motivation,
I LOVE to kick my own ass!)

Im going to take a brake from logging.

Even though i started mainly for vanity reasons, (OHhhh come on, what female doesnt
want a sexy, tight body?!!), my view of what size that it had to be changed, a lot!)

I will still continue with the Big 3!!!
The excitement Ive gotten from the whole lift it up put it down, push, pull, grind,
was more than i expected, and in the end, that drove me more than wanting a tight ass.

I LOVE TO BENCH, and i will continue to flare my elbows more than you think I should
No, but seriously Ill work at keeping them under the bar, cause that DOES work for me.

I have gone back and forth with my body, kinda cool that I had some control over that.
I guess i missed a little tighter mid section, and will continue to wreck my abs every few days.
Amazing how everything is responding!! I will enjoy it while it lasts.

Keep on doing what you LOVE people, because you know I will be!

PS. Thank you G, you cant get rid of me, so dont think you are off the hook

Thank you PG for starting my log, if i ever come back i will start one under me,
although you are good at log names so Ill hit you up for a new one

MUAH

Ciao

Oh you are welcome Up, it’s been a really fun journey so far and we got so much more to accomplish! Lol, yea dido

Good luck Up. Stick with the dips and your bench will definitely go up. Your bench form is great and it sure looks to me in the videos like your tricep strength is holding you back.

There goes my last reason to visit TN. Best of luck UP.

Best of luck. Keep in touch.

I hope everything is ok…may you have find happiness in your next endeavours.

Best wishes on the next leg of your journey, wherever it may take you!

Don’t go Up, please don’t go… (sung to the tune of a golden oldie)

I’m honored that I was able to be a small part of your continuing Journey of Awesomeness. I shall be ready and waiting with an appropriate (or not ;-)) title for any future logs you post to liven up the old folks’ home.

Was it something we said? : (

I am sooooooooo going to miss our little miss Up~

Good Luck Up! Enjoyed your progress and following along!
