HEyyy thanks!

Yea, hehe, no knees shooting forward, slower decent, nice power up, Yea BABY! I swear my back/core still feel some remnants, that squeeze really helps.

My back is feeling good, didnt even notice it bending to put on my boots!! WIN!! I am stretching hammies good and hips. The GS may be helping.

Are you sure you dont want to say something out of left field & “creepy”???
I KID I KID!! Would be best to just die…
anyhow…

Thanks, I tend to get more def in upper abs, so its nice to just have an overall fullness.
Not sure what Im doing different, so that could be a problem.

Training Today was so much fun! GYM IN and out!

Bench deload
45x10
60x5
75 5x5 easy & controlled.

HIGH INCLINE
DBs 25s 1x12
30s 1x8
30s 1x5, dropped for 25s finished 6th-10 2nd edit,was only 8 reps total

combo
straight arm press down 3x10 48#
row 52# 3x12 EDIT:sitting

rope press downs 36? think 2x10
front raise 10s 2x10
delt side bent arm 12# 2x10

then I realized I had heavier than my 25s for DB row
30 1x12
35 2x8 last couple had some body english on both sets, still better than most I see.

curls <just cause
started with 15s but it was so light…
20 1x10 alt arms
1x8, hmm back work busted me, haha

I took little rest with everything, had that trembling thing going when done, LOVED IT!

My goal is to catch up with you on this arm stuff.

Nice work.

You probably will sooner than later if you keep up your eating :stuck_out_tongue:

BUT…if i would just get to the gym more, i CAN actually pick up some heavier weights.
I think getting a spot on the incline work would help, I get a bit wonky pushing reps
when I know the weight has to come down somewhat controlled.

The combo today of straight arm/row no rest…contorted face for sure! Its gonna get ugly folks!

hehe, my competitive spirit, just went up a few notches, THANKS!!

Im not a big weigh yourself fanatic, but it was sitting there, and I felt like a feather,
(hate feeling this way) Soooo get on the scale and Im 120, crap, I may have to actually keep better track of my eating! This “cleanER” version is like a body melt off. I did take a quick back view, and phew, everything was still there. I want to maintain here, I guess.

Im definitely going to hit the gym more. My muscles feel all tight, the kind you want to flex every time you pass a mirror. I have done it twice so far, but the day is early

some hang cleans(rusty)fs, push press, bar

What a surprise.

Front squats. Yeah. They are a bit of a nemesis for me right now. Keeping the chest up and all. Really draws attention to my lame ass back.

I had an awesome (new to me) beer the other day and got tipsy off of it…and thought of you. We would be the cheapest, most fun dates ever, I think.

I love reading your log, your excitement is contagious, as is your patience (which I lack). Keep at it lady, muah!

You have no idea how hard, excuse me, how difficult it is to squelch my personality on here!
G does.

FS Yea, its kinda like rubbing tummy patting head, makes the neck want to crane, so I guess i started thinking to squeeze back my shoulders(come on snap, make that back cleavage) it helps me a lot. Im gonna give the back squat a rest for a bit, or just practice the box squats…

Not sure Ive had that much exciting stuff going on(training wise) The BBer girl at my gym keeps asking when were going to train together, we finally exchanged numbers. Not sure if she was being “nice” at first but she asked me again, so… should be interesting. Im thinking I will have to pace myself, she is HUUUUGE and i know Id be trying to keep up.

Im not usually a very patient girl, but knew it couldnt hurt to ease my way back in, not to mention I really havent hit it aggressively since nov? We are moving AGAIN,(locally) in a couple months, I need to really focus and keep it all together.

Good luck with the BB girl, should challenge and motive you to new heights.
Will you new place have a cool basement for your gym?
