I really focused on keeping the core tight without the sway arch, and I did great. T think the back is fine. Looser hips change everything. No leg drive.
These two moves, dips and MPs crush me.

Well Dday, it smelled great, but after my run, just wasnt as appealing, so i only had half a brat, some veggies and a shake. I guess Im trying to make a run at cleaning things up.
It is so different with some run power. The trails make it interesting, as do all the people out and about.
Oddly I woke up wanting to go run again, who am I? haha
I still would much rather do weights, but it is fun to shake things up. Running seems really tuff on the bod.
And running doesnt give me that badassery feel or look like weights ![]()

I think that running short distances is good for lifters. I think the longer distances on hard pavement isn’t though.

Yea, Im sure you are right. I love when Im approaching an incline, i tackle it!
Fun and rewarding. The thing is, once you get going its like I start relaxing and hearing the sounds, take in the view and I want to just -keep- running.
