Matty Ill be happy with a BW Bench, I know Ill get it!
Im thinking backing off a bit on arch, think I stay tighter in other set up, have to test it out.

Hey Up, yes you nailed it. That que of keeping elbows under the bar and forearms perpendicular to the floor dials you right back in. And really nice work overall…man when i look back at when we started workouts and the weights that were a struggle its staggering how much stronger you have got, and how your body has changed! The journey has been so much fun to be part of! Awesome work!

Bummed no 30# DBs on CL. I may place an add saying Im looking for them. Need a weight tree still too. Thinking the new house I can actually poke holes in walls to hang stuff.

Very nice and controlled on those DB presses. I’m working toward that kind of control . . . at much lower weight.

That was the third set, I was “trying” to have some power, not sure that it showed.

Tuck elbows, sueeze the bar and did you ever try to squeeze the bench with your legs? It helps a lot with stability for smaller stature people. Actually hell i squeeze the bench with my legs as well.

I always vid from an angle to make sure im under the bar and switch to side when it gets heavier, ill keep it at other angle and adjust from what I see. Being more narrow, ill probably bench wider than you big dudes.

havent seen any Kbs on CL and need to get to gym to take the class. Ill just watch you kick KBgals ass from a distance for now hahaha

EDIT (leg squeeze) umm no I like to drive my legs and keep them firm, works for me. My bench is still going up, so Im not that concerned. I try not to tweak too many things at one time.

haha…yeah, he does try to kill me and and everyone else in class - but we always leave standing!! (Ok, sometimes it’s barely standing, but it still counts.) :slight_smile:

stretch whole body, mob work everywhere. Since stretching and gets the hips loose again, my abs have been so sore, like they woke up too.

Print has gone underground for the time being - busy with work, and a little upset about a few things going on with the website - I expect him to be back in action in a month or two - once he washes the sand out of his panties~
