Plus I wouldnt mind doing the tire flippin, rope climbing,sled pulling, ass kickin stuff either, and yup, cant use it unless you have a trainer. So just want to pick her brain a little. Hope she is ready for me, Im not going to be chatting about xmas shopping, or the fucking weather…

incline 45/8 60/5 70/1x5 was supposed to be 70/3x6-8 so 65 3x6

narrow grip 55/5 65/5 75 1x1 um ok 70/5 65/2x8 had to lower to get my reps

Met with BB trainer girl from gym. Loved that she stayed on track. She thought I should train for Figure lol
told her i had a better “chance” at a powerlifting meet. Anyway she said my arms needed some work, they are a bit “loose”, I agree hence wanting to add more BB stuff. She also runs a small group for the tire flippin etc and I am going to check it out, said some good power lifters do it.

Anyway this info gathered with my wants and wishes will get put together.

Those GM’s did look really good Up. The front squats, owwweee my wrist are so short and inflexible. Good work girl!!

Anyways, I’m excited that you might have a lady training partner!! I generally like to workout solo, but I used to train with my friend Dixon and it was always good times. I’m a girls girl in the end and its nice to be around other chicks who like to get physical (not pillow fights, fellas!). If I’m still antsy for the female training company I might put an ad up on the interwebs seeking someone out - we’ll see.

start at home for deads then hit gym for rest, this is a pain, kinda. May have to look for different gym, that has some space for my lifts, good thing im so close.
