I knew the bp would be perfect and it was hard to watch you struggle with the other one. Funny quick story on the bp. Was at a used sport equipment store, saw it out front, saw the under colors that were painted over and knew exactly where that bench came from how old and dimensions. Guy wanted 10$ for it
SOLD! I knew either i or someone would need a sturdy utility bench to spec sometime. Funny we only had 3 of those, probably did a ton of db benching on it 25 years ago! Got to go squat, be back later to talk squats from yesterday

Nice videos, keep it up you’re looking sharper and more confident in your lifts!

Was jacked about your squats yesterday. You have wanted a breakthrough for so long! I really thought your squats looked like much more of a natural movement, tweaks are paying off! Also thought that is the most consistent you have squatted from rep to rep and set to set, and so so close to nailing depth every time. That consistency will really make it easier to tweak things next workout! Last thing is with that consistency from rep to rep you were able to really grind through some tough sets, whereas before you might hit an awkward rep (bend forward etc) and stopped. That will pay huge dividends in reaching your goals. One thing to work on is that little knee shift forward at the bottom of the squat. Not meaning knees coming forward during squat but that little shift right before hitting parallel. We can talk about that before the next squat session.
