The meds are doing there job I think but Im still adjusting and need an increase or a different brand.

Obviously all of your hard work is paying off.

If you do a meet, the SPF is a fun place to do one.

First let me just say Ive been paying more attention to my warm ups and stretching whenever I think about it.
I do have moments of,“Am I crazy to be doing this to my body?” Then its like I cant help myself, and I do it. I just love the feeling I get thinking about it, doing it, and after how it went and what I need to work on and improve on. I need to get better with praising myself too.

Form not perfect? back has a little roundness while DLing? FUCK, YEA it does, the form will brake down when your lifting HEAVY shit. If I look back, every bump up it does, but then gets better.

BOSU BOY was there, the one that squats on that, I realize everyones goals are different and we all train different, but put that bull-shit to the side, its fucking irritating to me. He left all his totally loaded plates on the leg press too which is what gets me more pissed, then i go to press and he has the pin on the first hole, so i jammed my legs, fucker. —>vent over.

EDIT yea, did a little hovering on the 185, the grip and rip factor wasnt used, I get a little feeling sometimes im going to literally pull something(muscle)

I’m glad you posted, I was about to check that Bosu boy didn’t turn you into an UP-shish-ka-bob.

I have the same conversations with myself about whether or not doing this is good for the body…and the form v. weight predicament too. Honestly though, I thought those DLs looked beautiful. Admittedly I don’t have an eye for form, but I do have a good eye for asses, and you’ve got yourself a good one. :slight_smile:

Yea, form versus weight is a tuff one for me, but it makes me work harder to dial it in.
My legs have been tired lately, so didnt help.Be interested to see what i can RDL being a little more fresh.

I think we all go through this as the weights go up. My personal barometer is how I feel the next day…If I start feeling banged up beyond “normal / easily recoverable” levels I take a deload and ease back. Too many folks don’t listen to their bodies and get hurt. You obviously listen…great work!

Hey Up! You had an awesome day yesterday. Pr in conv for 5rm, Pr in sumo for 5 rm. Come back an hour later and pr on grinder set of leg press, all following a 10rm pr in fr squat last week. RDl look stronger than i have ever seen! Wow!

What i see is tired legs, didn’t quite have that pop off the floor. What i also see is that you are getting strong. Just a month or 2 ago you wouldn’t have ahd the strength to grind out that set and a sumo set. So i am excited about how your strength will be down the road! Your gonna rock! Also you have the flat weeks built in now so you will have recovery built into the plan (no arguing :))
