warm up and i actually rolled my feet today, ouch it hurt good.
This wasnt the plan, but its what went down, what can I say.

65 2x5
90 3x5
front squat
78 2x5 1x6
75 1x10
then a double and some singles with the back squat 90, with more of a high bar.
I may throw in some accessory work with upper day.Got my new/old bench will be nice not to feel like Im going to fall off, with it so narrow at top.
