Shes pretty special, thanks

I wish you could get your form down on some of these lifts /sarcasim. Couldn’t be much better than that on your RDL’s. Strong and smooth. Not sure how many times G has refered me to your videos to review form.
Ha, Im just a wee bit hard on myself when I just cant get it. G has great cues that I click with, and if I dont I drive him crazy, till he comes up with a new one that does.hehe

Back looks great Up! Do you have a forum? I am a TNation virgin, and trying to find my way around this place is confusing! lol Would love to follow your training progress!
Your confusing me…this is my forum/log. I just didnt post it myself, PG was missing my awesomeness (hehe) and did it for me.Ive been looking to see if you started yours. Come up with a name and get on it!

TY gotcha, I just dont have heavy enough things around the house, well that i could grip anyway.
Im a bit stubborn, ill get that 135 and then some for reps! Even doing the walking lunges with the 25s and 30s was helping grip.

SNAP Its so true…getting a compliment from another female is so great, not to mention from your critical eye.
Thanks girl! MUAH —>sorry that was a sloppy kiss.

DEMO Dude, Im just getting warmed up

PG lol on rock star, Im just simply “the girl next door”, I just have a little more grit.

Under lock and key, of coarse *wink

OK I think i got it figured out now! Wanted to know how long you have been lifting. Hoping to achieve some upper body goals and you are inspiring! Ill keep watching! Thanks!

Not sure you can go by me and where my body came from. I had zero leg muscle to start. Lets just say “bodily neglect”. Anyway…

I started with P90x May 26 of 08. pic is example of my body after. I was about 108#
When I started my first log on here i was 117.

I started bench this past June, along with squat and DL, I was doing some of that at home, with my 5 foot bar and 112? lbs of weight. hehe.I could only get 50 lbs over head at that time, not having a rack, i was quite the “Mcguiver”(sp?)

Thanks on the back compliment

I am currently @ 122

G! :~/ yup!

Today I did a buncha stretching and shit load of house-work, and some banana bread making for the kiddos. Tomorrow is bench! love bench day, and i cant wait for my new /old bench!

Downard dog woo!!

I loved the all black look during your dips

and your RDL form is so good.
so.

nice work up.

Looked great back then and look great(er) now!

Mash shouldnt you be packing your little tiny bikini about now?

As you can see I can relate to holding some fat in the arms  although I didnt see any in your pic.

This is last months bootie but it will do, bruises and all.

EDIT: HOLY GIGANTIC PICTURE.

CAV, seriously the florescent coming down on me emphasizes the muscles, not that its not kinda cool, but does make me look more dramatic.

SQUIRREL SEZ:

SOooooo today I went to my first MEET!! It was really cool to suck it all in.

I got to see our LULU compete, what a little power house she is, but she hasnt posted yet so I wont tell you about it
I dont think there were any big surprises, well once I figured out I was in the “warm up” room, and found the meet room, *smacks forehead
I felt all the adrenaline from the lifters, and feel really worn out, so I can only imagine what it feels like to be a competitor! WOW!!!
I need to let it all settle in, but think a meet would be pretty fun. Defintely need to dial in my squat to feel ready.

Competing in a meet is AWESOME. I was scared to death, but had a blast. Just look at Matty . . . had to be dragged kicking and screaming to his first, now he can’t get enough.

Woohoo!! I hope you got bit by the meet bug!! I think it would be super fun for you, especially considering what a natural you are! No pressure, of course

And yay for bench day! I need to find some love for benching…sigh.

You’re looking gorgeous as ever girl, keep up the great work!!

Good for you Up, its awesome that you got to experience your first meet as a spectator, now that your competitive juices are peaked and flowing you know what the next step is. It really is amazing how your training takes more meaning than it already does when you take this step.
