VERY impressive, Up! Hella good work on those deads! Like the new abs avatar too, allthough there’s a whole lot to be said for the last one…

135 is awesome - I’m barely pushing 185 for 2-3, that is far below my bodyweight.

I’m stuck at 75 lbs on MP due to pain from the hernia repair… ![]()
Your form on the dips, mp, and deads looks as great as your new avi, Up
A natural! I think I said this before but I wish I had your form…and um those abs are spectacular!
Up you are a very natural lifter
nice work
Hey girl! Just checking in.
Lifts look great! Strong MP and your DL form is freaking fantastic! I always forget to really “lockout” lol! That’s pretty important…
DLing at home and then going to the gym? That there is dedication!! You are a far better woman than I, that’s for sure.
And lol @ the music selection! Yeah…I’m not known for my choice in music selection either. I should have a disco ball following me around. shrug
ps. Lovin’ the avi!! Abs, delts and bi’s! All looking stellar! Great work, mama.
Edgy Weight is all relative, anyway- right! Thats what Ive heard , but for some reason pushing
pulling, pressing, squeezing, and the PUMP, is undeniably up there with the best things in life.
Ty noted on avi, good to see the core and remember keep it tight!
2B So sorry your hernia thingy has been giving you issues, keep doing what you can!
Matty It never is something i take for granted (working on tech) but i will say the DLs feel good, thats half the battle.(well maybe not the sumos yet)
Ahhh the abs, they do put a smile on my face, i cannot lie ![]()
KMC Thanks. but where are you when i squat :} I think I may be over thinking them.
Mash First i wanna say, boo on you know what, but if anyone can come up with something to stay jacked up, its you! If you need cheering up Ill be glad to give you a nice big hug.
YES, of coarse to what you are thinking ![]()
Pfft the lock out? That sucker is up, its mine.
Thanks on avi, youll like this…So yesterday I went to the grocery store after the gym, this girl standing next to me is just looking up one side of me and down the other, then says in her best Tenesha voice:
“Damn ``` someones got a healthy Buggy” hahahaha I should have spanked my butt she was staring at and said “damn straight”! lol
That just made my day, cant say Ive ever heard that one before!
OK on that note, I get to go shovel, which I knew this 55 degree weather yesterday was it. This is more like the weather I heard about!
Hey sneaky lol.
Was able to pull some stills to show the shoulder thing i was talking about (check email). Really, really, really minor but may make the pull seem smoother. We’ll see. Great job on the set up for those sumo. Nice work! Funny how light 135 looks these days. I remember the first time you put plates on…oh the look on your face lol.

Tis true. You have very good body awareness. Many people have to work years to get to the point where you are with your form.

Yea, I see it, I was so consumed with thinking hips, that forgot about the shoulders.

Thanks Snap, I see it play over and over in my head, then feel it, sometimes it just settles in a nice groove, and others I just shake it off and keep practicing.
Ive been a little under the weather the last few days, not a total sicky, but definitely not my energizer bunny self.
Yesterdays TRAINING
BENCH ---->cause not even a sore throat or the new soft flannel cozy sheets calling me to “just take a nap” could detour me.
warm up
shoveling the driveway
BENCH flat
45x8
65x8
80 3x8 Tried to make an arch, had to get used to the feeling tummy was up and down breathing too deep, worked on it,lol
narrow bench
65 1x8
70 2x8
low incline
65 3x8
MPs although forgot and bent knees at least once i saw, havent found my groove with these, width on bar wise and elbow wise, need to keep tweaking, was a bit of a cranky pants when i couldnt get my 5, i was sick so cut me some slack people! I probably could have gotten that last foot stomp set if i took more than a 5 sec brake lol. Turning up music just wasnt enough, yea maybe if i played the get pissed stuff…
oh haha what did i do? shit i kinda forget ummm
60 1x5 3x4 couple vids
ghetto rows 58 4x9
db rows 30 4x12 no rest, with the lighter weight it was able to give me a nice pump.
straight arm band pull down, not sure if im supposed to “row” it in after pulling down?
EDIT hehe the vid
looked good UP! I may have to try those band pull downs if my shoulder will handle it.
On the bench arch, pull the shoulder blades in tight and try to get up a little more on the shoulders, like the feet planted wide also, it give a good stable base. Some people get up on their toes and feet are back further to get a higher arch, but also have a worse time with the butt coming off the bench.
Thatta Girl! your sweat and hard work will lubricate that throat!
Bench looked good, Im working on my arch as well I may try your approach on Monday…feel better, now that your done go make sweet love to those cozy flannel sheets!

Im trying girl! Im really needing a new bench for flat, long story shory this one is very narrow at the top, and to get it level i have boards under feet, so its a bit wobbley.
(not making excuses) I do have a hard time getting tight but a few sets i felt so solid that i knew i was doing something right. I have to have my feet flat, no? so i am going to try getting further back, but really this was a first try and it was a little uncomfortable.
Yes, whining.
I’m not sure on feet flat, depends on which fed you lift in. Ask Snap or O about USAPL regs.

Yea, Snap talks about flat feet…
I repeat, your MP form is excellent, and the foot stomp was cute. Just in terms of physics, wherever the weak point in your press is, that’s the point where you want your forearms to be perpendicular to the floor.
And for your pulldown, to keep working your back/lats, yes “row” it (leading with the elbows) back once your hands get to about belly button/waist level. So I’ve heard.

Thanks PG, I did use the heel together stance and found that i felt more stable, i did the one set feet apart and was a big difference, although i think that was the set i changed the false grip out, and as the weight was up i switched it back because i felt weaker in that grip.
This was in this months articles for bench
I was trying to remember this move…although i felt my lats pretty good with just the pull down.
Dang, how has it taken me so long to thoroughly stalk you? I’m impressed with the lifting and the hot bod. A healthy buggy for sure! I remember being told once by a patient in the hospital I volunteered at, “damn girl, you got yourself a black girls bootie!” Best compliment, ever!
I saw you write in Snap’s log about the primrose oil and the amount that you take…I took it a short while back and had the same benefits as you, but felt like I was spending loads of $$ on it…do you find it from a supplier or do you just suck it up and buy from a normal store?
Anyway, looking super hot and great lifts, keep at it!
Thanks!
x2 on the foot stomp.
Your form on everything looks damn good. Like the snow shoveling warm-up too. Wish I could convince my wife to do that…
