I’ll try and have that squat video up by the end of the night for you. That is, if you still want it posted. Just let me know.
^ I want it posted… for educational purposes of course ![]()
Nikki, thanks. It isn’t that the weight is new, it was just my head not in it. Today I was so tired, I barely completed the lifts. Laced up to condition, then thought better of it.
BENCH: 245x3; 265x3; 280x6
PRONE ROW: 198x2x10
CG INCLINE: 185x2,3; 205x2,3; 225x2,3
AB SNAPDOWN: GRNx30x3
WINDSHIELD WIPERS: BWx15x2
In the morning, I will do the conditioning I was supposed to do today.
Prowler (140lb.) x 15 yd. x16, 20 sec rest b/n reps.
Thanks LW. It makes me ill to watch it.
DEADLIFT: 352x3, 397x3, 463x9, 463x1x3
GOOD MORNING: 154x2,3; 198x2,3; 220x2,3
FRONT SQUAT:198x2x7 (focus on acceleration)
GH RAISE: 60x6x3
GH BAND SIT-UP: ORANGEx20x2
Conditioning: a bunch of tire flips and Prowler sprints combined with laps around the building.
Took call last night, so I was a little fatigued, but still matched a PR, so I will take that as a mini-victory.
How the hell do you use that much weight for GMs? I fear that I’ll nosedive right to the floor with anything over 100#.
I always learn something here. GH sit ups look awesome; hard enough without the band too.
You get hotter and hotter haha

I don’t know that I have ever taken a “max” GM, but the heaviest training weight I’ll use is 120. Admittedly, my lower back is ferociously strong compared to other body parts. But just keep working up; you’ll get used to it.
I love the GH Sit-ups. I used to do them with KBs, but the band is much better. Oh, and you are a terrible liar. I don’t get hotter. Just more lines in different places and becoming more X-shaped.
Perrysburg, oh? Where you lift at? Im in Oregon, oh.
Nice squatting. See your ass tonight.

Well I’d expect that your lower back is strong with the DLs that you do. DLs are awesome like that; they’re kinda “rehabing” the lower back pain that I’ve had for years.
That sounds pretty hot to me. And a tad familiar ![]()
I’m just being sincere, no lying.

I was too burned out from getting up early to round on the SICU pts, then regular rounds, & finally a lecture from 1:30-5:00. Leaving in a little bit to PRESS.

You bet. At least Nikki can now see that you have a small amount of human in you. Haha! I’ll be in at 5:30-6ish am tomorrow. Finally got past that 110kg clean and jerk…C&Jed 115kg today. Did a few doubles at 105kg too.
