175 per hand (per implement). I am positive about this weight not being too heavy for novice LW’s.
I picked up one with 4 45s per hand on my first day playing with them. Which is like 180lbs + the implement per hand. It was easy… except for the turn.
Yeah, Cezar did 195 per hand for his first time and was moving at a fairly good pace. The turns are always the hardest, especially with no experience. The contest however will just be 100ft straight ahead and will come down to who is the fastest.
Sweet! I am definitely going to attend but am too much of a noob to compete. Let me know if you need any help. I’m coming from Yuma but will try to help however I can.

Hot AZ wonders why caine and inkaddict aren’t competing???
Inkaddict’s not competing because he’s out of shape and does not feel up to being totally dominated, even by you tough ass T-Vixens HOWEVER, he will be training very hard to be prepared possibly for another competition the following year?!
I just really want to watch how everything’s done, never been to one of these contests, and really looking forward to seeing everything, and taking it all in. Oh, and meeting everyone too.
Just giving you a hard time. I have never been to one either and know that I will end up at the bottom of the rankings… but its worth a shot and it will be fun!
(and I’m not bad ass, I’m just recovering from breast cancer this year so my stength isn’t up to par either)
Novice LW:
Cezar Danilewski (AZ)
Chris Souza (NV)
Doug Carroll (CA)
Chandos Robertson (NM)
Open LW:
Scott Porter (AZ)
Bradley Schofield (AZ)
Open HW:
Matt Stiefel (CA)
Travis Clary (NM)
I’m expecting a few more this week.
AZ guys get your entry forms in already!!!
There is a lot of local interest so all of the out of state people that are planning on competing I suggest getting the entry forms mailed in the next 2 weeks.

Wish I could. Recovering from a slightly torn MCL. Not to mention that I’d look like a monkey fucking a football. No clue what I’m doing, but I’d have a smile on my face.
But I’ll definitely be up for it next year, and will absolutely be there to encourage everyone else competing.
